Fivebars was established in 2011 and has grown organically ever since. The customer is at the centre of everything we do, which has enabled us to stand out from the rest. We have growth plans in place across our range of products, including VoIP, mobile and IoT, throughout 2018-19. We are looking for a sales superstar, to come in as the only Senior Sales Executive in our team. This person needs to bring energy and the ability to inspire more junior members of the team. This is a great opportunity for the right person to make their mark, and move up into a field based or management position.

Job overview: The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying and matching a solution to a customer’s requirements based on specific criteria.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • To make outgoing cold calls in order to generate interest in our products and services
  • To answer questions about product specifications
  • To maintain a list of potential sales and follow ups by managing your activities in Hubspot
  • To maintain a working knowledge or our products and services
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the business development team when needed
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Your targets are:

  • £10,000 of connected business per calendar month

Individuals who will succeed in this position, will need to:

  • Have demonstrable experience in a 360 sales role
  • Be the ‘number two’ to the Sales Director, with the ability to motivate the team
  • Stand in for the Sales Director as and when required
  • Be self-motivated
  • Confident and polite on the phone
  • Able to use initiative and get the job done
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
  • Perform well under pressure

Individuals who wish to be promoted to Business Development Manager will need to:

  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the sales process
  • Demonstrate an ability to sell and process customers accurately and efficiently
  • Consecutively achieve Target over a 6-month period
